We are excited to announce internship opportunities in the fields of Recruiters, Customer Relations, and HR at ROUTES. We are seeking dynamic, motivated individuals who are passionate about human resources, customer service, and talent acquisition. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop essential skills within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the HR team in various administrative tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with recruiters to source, identify, and evaluate potential candidates for various job roles.
Support the customer relations team in addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, job fairs, and company presentations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Qualifications:

Any degree
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
A strong desire to learn and develop skills in the areas of recruitment, customer relations, and HR.
